I ran Muddy Paws 10M trail race last year and enjoyed it. This year I even managed to talk Liz into running it (her first trail race!) Here is Liz picking up our registrations:

Well, I was planning to run the 10 miler but went out too fast and stopped at 5. My time was 39:33, a 7:55 pace, very good for these trails. I finished 5/133 and first in my age group (50-59).
Liz finished at 59:29, 68/133, and 1st in her age group:
